This
website is created to pay tribute to the UNHCR, to those
countries that have helped Vietnamese people in the past
20 years, and to those organizations and volunteers who
have served the Vietnamese community for many years. Bidong.org
is also a place for you to find friends, relatives and loved
ones. Its main purpose; however, is dedicated to those who
unfortunately could not come to freedom land.
We
are so greatful to the UNHCR for their great work for the
welfare of humanity, especially the Vietnamese. We also
thank all the countries, organizations, and volunteers for
their kindness and generosity. We will always remember your
kindful hearts.
We
also take this opportunity to express deep feeling to those
who lost their lives at sea, in the Gulf of Thailand , and
young children and women whose lives were taken away by
pirates. Our prayers will always be with you.
